MichiganMommy Approved!!!!!!!!

Thanks to EVERYONE (especially Shane, Dallas and Miss1975)

To all of you who have been following my journey, I just want you to know that I have been approved!

I am so happy I could burst, but since I am trying to buy a short sale home, I am too nervous about all of issues with them to be really, really excited yet!(okay, maybe a little bit)!!!

For those of you who are still on the journey towards the big step of "approval", know that if I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!

Keep sending good thoughts up for me guys!

That must be a great relief, and even though your journey to homeownership isn't over yet, the knowledge that the financing is definitely possible should help you keep on an even keel while working through everything else.

Woo hoo! Holy cow! Doing the happy dance for you!! You better keep us posted every step of the way. Many short sales in the area we are moving to next year, please give updates on the short sale process! Fingers crossed it goes as smooth as possible, but with the financing out of the way...you can get through the rest!

Thank you Everyone for all of your well wishes!!! OMG, it has been one thing after another, after another already... Thankfully my stuff is somewhat organized, but boy oh boy be prepared to strip naked (meaning give them EVERYTHING)....

I think that is just because it is an FHA loan.

I am hanging in there though. It is refreshing to know I have my FICO family to keep me sane!!
