The clock starts when the deed transfers. A lender or title company could pull up a property profile on the SS property and get the exact date the deed transferred.

I'm trying to figure out the actual drop off date of this account as no lenders seem to want to touch me (we are in a jumbo only area) withe my current SS listed on my reports. I've seen people say it is from date of first delinquency while others say it is from the date of deed transfer. None of my reports indicate the date of drop off in them. Can someone help me figure this out?
