Unofficial "CTC"!!!

I'm sort of in shock and it just seems surreal: I just heard back from my broker that we have the "all clear" from the lender, pending our insurance agent issuing the binder tomorrow!

We can close next week, a fully 3 weeks earlier than I thought! Wow. Just surreal. Looks like I can move to the "April Closers" post!

All my fears about the stuff in UW just gone- poof! =0) MB Bank, thank you. And even more so, thanks to everyone on this board and the "rebuilding credit" board for helping me learn and get to this point.

Grats on the CTC. I removed the cross post from the RYC forum on this, it can lead to confusion by the members and its not in line with our TOS. I thank you for your understanding on this.

Gdale, I just sent you a private message on this. How can posting a thank you in the rebuilding credit possibly violate TOS? That's a little bit odd.
