    <title>topic HELOC in Mortgage Loans</title>
    <link>https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Mortgage-Loans/HELOC/m-p/4705724#M196653</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to get a HELOC to start a small trucking company. I own my home and have a FICO score of 659. my TU score is 671. &amp;nbsp;I have a charge off of $3020 that I received a 1099-c that is still reporting a balance on my credit. That will fall off on 5/2018. What would be the best way to go about getting a loan or HELOC with that on my credit? &amp;nbsp;Looking to borrow 25 - 30K &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
