Finally Got Clear To Close

Today was amazing we had great weather it finally feels like fall. I live in South Alabama and it has still been hot here. I also finally got the clear to close on my house. I am closing on 10/27/16 and am super excited but nervous at the same time. I have came a long way since my Chapter 13 in 2010. I have a VA loan 30 year mortgage at 3.5% so I'm very happy with that. It's nice to know that I will be in a permanent place and that I no longer have to worry about rent increases or neighbors running across my ceiling at all hours..
