      <description>&lt;P&gt;So someone please put me in the correct area if I am incorrect but wanted to see what anyone's though on this was. I was divorced about 3 years ago but due to unforeseen circumstances (not really my ex is horrible with money) our house got put in to foreclosure after I moved out. I was able to get it out and we were able to get a loan modification for it. He is now able to refinance it out of my name and in to his and his g/f's. How will this affect my credit score? I obviously don't want this to remain on my back in case he defaults again, but I want to be prepared for what is to come.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i helped a friend get this exact scenario off her credit report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;she provided divorce decree showing he got the house. and it was paid on time when she was there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;she dealt with the servicer directly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe she got lucky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
