Officially under contract! These next 39 days will be teeth clenching. Praying there is nothing out there I don't know if and no surprises! Haven't been a homeowner since 1999, so this would be a dream come true!!!

So, appraisal finally was turned in yesterday at 455 pm after a 1 week delay.Was scheduled for 3-10. Other than this hiccup the process has been smooth. I still worry something from years ago is out there that I don't know of. Have to make it thru final UW and fingers crossed. I will not pack or prepare in any way until the papers are signed .
