Didn't see a March closers thread so please guide me to the right place if I missed it. First time home buyers here and heard file is now being sent to underwriter. Nervous as can be.

What kind of ARM is that? 5/1? 7/1? 10/1?

It's actually 5/5. So it adjusts only once every 5 years instead of annually.

Not a high Middle score- only 617. Plus the rate was higher a few weeks back when I locked in. 2 days later it dropped... is what it is

Just got clearance to close for March 27th!!! I'm so excited! Had quite a few appraisal delays d/t paint chips :-/ silly right? But it's over! I can breath again. This has been the most gruesome experience ever! Closing Monday at 430!

Clear to close yesterday!! Thanks so much to what I learned here over the last several years. Closing scheduled 3/24 @ 1030! 39 hours and counting! Did final walkthru and some inspection required stuff still not complete . Inspector offered to go back out tomorrow for free!

Good things keep happening!!!! Final CD today are about 2000 less than estimate!! So covers the cost of me buying a new LR and BR furniture! Had already saved for frig and W/D so paid for those today at Lowes!! Can not wait until tomorrow at 1030! 17 years of renting!!
