Lenders for VA loan with 597 mid score

Does anyone know of a lender for a VA loan with middle mortgage score around 600? I heard from a guy from Heritage Mortgage Banking Corp. He says they can go that low. has anyone had any experience with them?

Fro what I've been told Freedom Mortgage will take a low score for a VA loan

My understanding is Bank of England (yes, they have branches here believe it or not) can do 600's. Carrington will go even lower.

You can do what I did. Find a local Morgage broker on yelp or google and let them run your credit check once and do all the work finding a match, rather than doing hard pulls over and over again trying to find a lender.

I was told this week by a reputable bank BOA that the VA reqiured a mid score of 620 and I was unable to move forward because mine was 612. Did I recieve false info?

From my research, the VA does not have any score requirements. Minimum scores are set by each lender, and theoretically, they can set them at whatever level they wish.

Just received news that I am on CAIVRS My FHA loan foreclosed in August of 2012. Any suggestions. You seem to be the person on the blog who knows the answers.
