Tomorrow we close on our house it has been a long and stressful journey starting in December...now the light at the end of the tunnel isn’t a train! Started with some debt (5k) some collections removed..it was a big deal because my fiancé had 790 + mortgage scores and 0 debt other ten her car loan. (Put a huge strain on our engagement) not able to find a home we liked..a lease to deal with...ironically the first house we liked going under contract then more searching...then out of nowhere the house we liked coming back on the market..then dealing with the offer the contract and our loan “conditional” approval and then finally the loan approval. Now tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who answered questions and posted questions that I learned from along the way.
