Closing on Nov 20th, Woohoo!

Put an offer on the house in August after pre-approval. Took about a month of forms, paperwork, proof of income, etc then full application, then more proof, more forms, etc. Appraisal completed beginning of Oct with no issues. Got the clear to close last week and the final cash to close amount yesterday (for quite a bit less than originally stated - pleasant surprise!). It has been 14 years since I have last owned a house. I am super excited!
