Where am I Now?

Hi everyone sorry if this is a dorky question, but I'm very new to this. My lender said my file was being sent to underwriting early this week. Today, my husband and I both had our employment verified and our rental history (called landlord to get a fax number and faxed him a form). I wanted to know if anyone knows if my file is really in underwriting, or with a loan processor (whatever that is). And if that's good news, or am I getting a little happy for nothing? Thanks

sounds like you are in the middle of the loan process

Both processor and underwriter work together with a file

Be patient it will all play out
