How can I get my mortgage scores and what is the range?

Hi, I am already signed up for the Myfico quarterly updates, but I have been trying to improve my scores so I want to know my latest scores. Can I just order my scores here or somewhere else and would my scores be affected if I request them?

Also, is there a standard range for mortgage scores? Will the interest be the same for certain ranges or it depends on the loan company? My scores are
EQ696 TU700 EXP724 but it may have gone up some since I went from 9% to 5% utilization. I am just wondering if I should wait to allow the loan officer to pull my report.

First, to clarify, your scores are NEVER affected by checking them yourself. The best place to get those scores is right here on myfico. You can pay for the monthly membership to get updates more often.

There usually is a range that lenders will use for certain tiers of credit scores. However, what those are does vary by lender.

The scores you listed are these mortgage scores? Or regular Fico8? I would highly encourage to know what your mortgage scores are exactly before you apply somewhere. It goes a long way to know your scores and everything on your credit before being questioned by a loan officer.

I didn't know there was a monthly plan for scores. I will go check into that.

The scores provided are my mortgage scores. My FICO scores are EQ733 TU744 EX744

To get your mortgage scores, you dcan buy a 3B report...if you're already paying for monitoring, depending on what plan, you get a 3B quarterly. You'd look for "other scores" and they'll tell you which ones are the mortgage scores. Sounds like you're in good shape!

Okay, I have the quarterly report. I don"t think my scores will get me turned down but I was hoping to get to at least 720 because my DTI is going to KILL me. lol! I thank you all for your help.
