Mortgage Score Simulator

Hey guys, simple question:

Is there some kind of simulator that I can gain access to that focuses on your FICO Mortgage Scores? For example:

"If I pay off the balance of my credit cards my fico 2 goes from ___ to a ___"?

Opposed to one collection on my report, all I have to do is keep my balance low, I just wish there was some kind of simulator to use

Unfortunately, I don't believe such a thing exists. Only simulators I know of is the one here on MyFico for Fico 8 scores and third party sites that use vantage scores (fako) simulator. Unless I'm wrong than hopefully someone can share.

The only thing that comes close is only available to lenders
