@Cjethompson2017 I hope all the best for you and yours. 2 years ago my husband had absolutely no credit file. It was like he didn't even exist. I added him to a few of my accounts and now he has great credit and we are about to be homeowners. Its been a tough journey but all worth it for our kids❤

Ok so **bleep**. Was told Tuesday that loan docs were at title company ready to be signed on Wednesday, then told yesterday morning that we would have to sign today due to having to get a rate lock extension. Well asked broker this morning if we are signing and they haven't gotten back to us. That was 2 and a half hours ago. Seriously losing my patience 🤬

@Cjethompson2017 Yes❤❤❤❤❤ at 12pm today. Everything is backlogged a few days so loan should be funded and officially closed Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
