About 3 weeks to close. Already rate locked.

My middle score went up from the 720+ bracket to 740+.

would my lender give me a better rate?

EX / EQ / TU

744 (+14) / 750 (+48) / 747 (+18)

Most lenders do not do this. Ad the median score submitted with your application is what is used throughout the process.

@randomguy1See if they can do a rapid rescore or if they re-pull credit if they havent already sent out your Closing Disclosures.

I've been shopping around for a mortgage and asked this question of a credit union. They said they would for $250.
