Mortgage Score and recent interest rate?

Would anyone be willling to share their mortgage score and the interest rate they were able to get for their mortgage in the last 2-3 months?

My middle score is 693 as of right now (credit utilization recently went from 16-5% but not sure if thatl affect mortgage score)

DTI is 4%

125k combined income

Can put up to 125k (that will be atleast 20%) down for a downpayment

I do have student loans in the IBR plan (only thing I'm slightly concerned about)

Most likely doing a conventional loan.

812 middle score, got 2.5%

A friend of mine had a middle of 767 and he got 2.375 a couple of weeks later.

I just got approved for 325K last week

middle score 664 wifes 668

rate of 3.15% with 1 point

DTI around 14%

Back in June when I applied:

- Median score pulled was ~790

- Credit util was 1%, DTI was around 8%

- Approved for $1.6 million @ 3%

- Down payment more than 20%

- By time I closed in July, the rate fluctuated up to 3.125

My case may not mean as much since it's a jumbo; conforming may have lower rates.

I locked in a rate for 2.25 FHA loan 0 points and denied the option for lender credit on closing for a 2.375 rate.

middle score 675, rate locked 2.75 VA

We just closed on a VA refinance at 2.25%. Middle score 780.

Approved in June mid 702, 2.74% FHA. Closed in Sept mid 746, rate didn't change.
