My-Fico Not updating My Mortgage scores.

I have another subscription with experian which states my fico Mortgage score went up to 636, However my fico still has a 4 month old score which is not reflecting any improvement. In four months, I was able to reduce my DTI, Deleted some negative marks, and it already passed 2 years of good payment history. So I am assuming that all my mortgage scores scores should be in the 600's range. why does my Fico takes so long to update?

None of the ancillary FICO scores (those other than FICO8) will update unless you manually update your reports when you have a refresh available (every 30 days). If you haven’t refreshed them yet, try that and you should see an update.

When the myFICO product updates “in real time”, only FICO8 scores show the current info.

It doesn't matter as the abover poster stated. Even if you do your monthly update the mortgage FICO scores do not update monthly that's for sure. They seem to update quarterly. Which is total nonsense when you are on a monthly update subscription! Fix that my FICO!

I am having the same issue right now and I am beyond frustrated. We have worked incredibly hard over the past year to rebuild our credit and we have seen HUGE increases in our FICO8 score but our mortgage scores have barely moved at all. Just this month our FICO8 score jumped 55-59 points across all three bureaus (paid off a huge charge-off) and our mortgage scores DIDN'T.MOVE.AT.ALL!!! We need to purchase a house asap but we can't with where our mortgage scores are right now. Can someone please help me with this?

And yes, we do have the premier subscription and it hasn't helped a dang bit.

So if you get the Experian subscription it'll monitor and give updates for your mortgage score?

My MyFico app updates my mortgage scores once every month when it provides a new 3B report. When you click on Mortgage, what is the date of the scores provided? Mortgage scores do not fluctuate as much as Fico8 does in my experience.

I pay for the monthly 3B reports, I've had a lot of debt payoffs/deletions lately and every month there's a change, sometimes it's not as great as I would like, but there's definitely movement, I don't think it changes much if you don't make any big credit improvements. I did have one of multiple collection accounts removed and my mortgage Fico only moved 1 point, but had a decent rise after my last collection accout was removed.

We have had all 3 of our collections removed. The FICO 8 shot up 55 points with all 3 bureaus but our mortgage score has gone up at all.

Which product are you subscribing to? If you have anything less than Premier member, I would upgrade to this, it updates all scores once a month, so you should see the change in your scores. Good luck with your future home.
