Got qualified through Rocket Mortgage for 250k ( I can go up more if needed).&nbsp;</P><P>Ive used Rocket Mortgage for current home and 2 refinances in the past. Never had a delay or issue. Only thing I didnt like was the closing costs. Always seemed a tad high even with all the discounts from a VA LOAN.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>So, anyone have good recommendations? Im considering AimLoan and recently Watermark. Ive never used a broker so I wouldnt mind. Order of priorties would be rate, fees, and speed. I know whats needed and how the process goes, but there are a lot of members here who give great info.
