NFCU HEL “Upload Custom Documents”

WIfe and I are applying for a home equity loan thru NFCU. We keep getting emails to "Upload Custom Document". When we sign in to the HomeSquad, the site says the same thing. Nothing specific and the agent assigned to us isn't any help.

Has anyone else ever encountered this? If so, what was the solution of docs they were looking for?

Did you get the Docusign request to sign everything? In there it asks for things and those could be the custom documents they mention?

Do you have any communication from the loan processor or loan officer asking for documents? If so, this is the area where you would upload them. The upload link may be a generic repository database linked to your application that will not give you specifics. Just ask your loan officer or loan processor what documents you need to provide.

Yes, there were quite a few documents that we signed w/DocuSign. Afterwards, we were assigned the Home Loan Advisor.

There is nothing specific that they are asking for in the portal. See pictures.

We get what seems like automated emails from the Home Loan Advisor. When I ask her about the "Custom Documents" I get no response. I'm going to call her tomorrow to get specific answers.

Odd for sure....hopefully getting them on the phone will clear that up. I also know that the underwriters have "assistants" that are easy to get in touch with and they may be able to look at what is pending to provide clarity.
