Does anyone know how to get a copy of the tri-merge account, or if not does anyone know typically how different the scores might be from both the fico 8 scores and the fico 5/4/2 scores?

The tri-merge report will reflect your fico 5/4/2 scores, they're the same ones used by mortgage lenders.

You can purchase the equivalent of your tri merge report from myFICO. Buy the 3 bureau report from here and it will give you all 3 mortgage scores.
