I am finally able to speak the words " I am officially a homeowner!!"

For me, it was a longer process as I needed to clean up my credit thanks to my ex. After following advice from those on here, I was able to close on my first and forever home on the 6th!

Thank you to everyone who so patiently answered my questions and gave me direction!

Now I just need to find some people to help with renovations so I can move in!!
