    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wire transfer is the quickest, which is what most of my clients choose when receiving any cash back.&amp;nbsp; As far as safest, they should both be the same.&amp;nbsp; When providing or receiving wire instructions from the settlement agent, it's always recommended to do it over the phone since hackers have found ways to mimic the other party and provide fake wire instructions in attempt to steal the funds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
