Need help please! Anyone have any recommendations on where to go for a $150k land loan 3yrs post BK7? Need to close in less than 60 days.

704, 712, 720 mortgage scores

+$160k salary

DTI <15%

30% down

FNBA is the only lender I'm aware of that will do it that soon after a BK discharge, most programs require 4 years.

FNBA requires 35% down, however.
