My Mortgage has not reported!!

So, I have had a mortgage since early October 08, and it has not reported on my or my fiances' credit reports.. seems like a LONG time to have not reported... anybody have any input?

Once it actually reports, will it benefit me? Mortgage amt was $ 114,500-

Current score is about 680-700 range.

It may actually help you once it finally reports because by the time it does you'll be nearing 6 months of payments. This would be nice because you shouldn't get the new account ding, or alteast you'll have already been given back some points from it being not quite so new by the time it reports. Do you have any other installment accounts already reporting? If not, it will likely help you. If you already do, it may not make much difference. It's different for everyone because it really depends on what is already on your reports.

Have you called your lender to find out why it's not reporting?

Mine took about 3 months to report. My score went up, don't rember off the top of my head how much, single digits.
