How valid are the mortgage interest rates shown for my MyFICO account? Based on my scoring I’m in the lowest range for rates. But are these rates accurate based on the “real world”? BankRate.com gives higher rates. I also check around on Zillow and Trulia, and bank sites. I guess the only way to know for sure is to shop around but I'm not ready for that step yet. Thank you.
