Closing tomorrow!!!!

So my closing was bumped up a whole week-I close tomorrow.....I was worried about not knowing what the closing amount was...However lendor contact me today,,,,and said instead of 5500 cashiers check Ill only need $4100!!!And he sent me the hud form.......Im so happy, I will finallyhave keys in hand tomorrow...Closings at 2pm

Yay! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!

We close in eleven days - also at 2pm. The closer it gets, the more unreal it seems. Please share your experiences with us as soon as you get your keys. I've already bought my "bubbly" for the first toast in our new home. (Carbonated white and red grape juice! Kroger brand.)

Thanks everyone.....I have already started moving things into my new home----Will be back to the process of painting when I get off of work this evening--.. I will post pics as soon as I can.

Wait, wait, wait. I'm new to MyFico. Want to get a mortgage, but my credit rating is in the high 500s. How did you turn you credit score around soo quickly.

I'm really desperate and would appreciage a reply.

The biggest increases came from doing hippa, to get medical collections removed...Then there was another bump up of points when I paid down credit cards and left 1 showing 1-6% usage of the credit line..
