I've already have my commitment letter and i'm schedule to close Thursday. I can't wait as I already started buying stuff for the house

We are closing Thursday too. We got the commitment letter last week and finished most of our packing this afternoon. We are totally doing the countdown!

I'm closing on Friday the 29th. 30 days from offer to closing on a fully documented USDA loan. I'm very impressed with my people. We have been shopping for stuff as well, to include a new lawn mower. Good luck on the move.

Can I start the countdown. I will be closing on Thursday at 11AM. I can't wait for that day. I wanted to do some work at the house this long past weekend. I guess I would have two wait less than 48 hours to officially have the keys.

I'm FINALLY closing tomorrow! I wouldn't have been able to to pull it off without all the great advice I got from all of the forums here. I went from a 513 to a 645 in a little under a year!

The closing attorney called me today and informed me that on forclosure property it takes about 48 hours for the deeps to be registered and he just received the closing package yesterday (5/27). Even though we do all the paperwork today at 11am. I won't be an official owner until the loan gets registered with the deeds.

I'm officially an home owner. After signing more than 300 forms. The whole process only took about 45 minutes and I walked out of the attorney's office broke with just a pair of keys. Now i'm on my way to home depot to buy the paint and locks.

I closed at my house, Saturday, 5/23 on a refi. Took 20 minutes. Funds tomorrow.

Day 1 started to go Well and then Home depot ruin my day. I was expected to receive a refigerator yesterday and paint the house before I move in today. When home depot delivered the refigerator, it had a damage on the front door and I refused to accept the refigerator. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they kept transfering me to the wrong department.

I was losing my temper and then went to the local store and after two hours fighting with them they had a similar refigerator which costs 300 dollars more and then gave it to me for $150 but the problem was that I had to take the refigerator to me as they wouldn't delivered. I spent all day yesterday trying to fix the refigerator problem as I couldn't move in to the house without it. I'm expected to get out of work today at noon to go finish painting and hopefully I can start moving in later tonight.
