FINALLY closing tomorrow!!

I finally got my HUD statement and scheduled to close at 11am tomorrow morning. I will be sooooooooo happy when this is over. I have been through the wire with this process.

Thanks to everyone for their advice, sympathy and encouragement through this process.

Thanks everyone!!! I have so many butterflies in my stomach. I still can't believe it's actually going to happen. I have my final walk-through at 10:15 then off to closing.

Closing went great!! Thanks! I got my keys and have everything scheduled, electric is on, water will be on tomorrow, pest control is coming tomorrow, getting my garage door opener installed on Friday.

I'm so happy. I thought I would never close seeing that 2 houses appraised for less.

I have a question for you. What was your middle credit score when you got this mortgage loan approved? Do you mind if you can share this information?

Equifax 6/29/09- 539; EX= 589; TU = 616 <== Score dropped after 1 collection account report as paid in full
