    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I know mortgage company use the middle credit score to calculate payment, approval ect, but do they all use the fico score of various company&amp;nbsp;simulated by myfico.com&amp;nbsp;or do they get the score directly from those company like experien plus score, or transunion.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;They DO not use TU or EX but they use another company that uses actual FICO scores that come from the same formula that Equifax uses.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;MYFICO is the only one that will give you the same exact scores that mortgage companies get and use.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;TYhis has been my experience.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Like zman said, they don't get the scores directly from the bureaus.. they use a credit vendor which pulls the data from the credit bureaus and compiles it into tri-merge credit report.&amp;nbsp; And like zman said, the scores are very close, if not identical, to what you would pull here at myFICO.com&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
