Whenever I check my FICO scores TU is always the lowest and Equifax is always the highest and by a lot.

For example I checked my scores today (12/15/07) and the results are:

TU 719

EQ 720

EX 785

When I check the accounts they all have the same information. This makes no sense to me. Does anyone have an explanation?

Each credit bureau has a different algorithm in determining your FICO score.
