You may want to check with your mortgage holder first to find out if they even report to Equifax. They are not required to report it and some only report when you're delinquent. Unfortunately, you can't force them to report it to the bureaus.

I have a 2 1/2 yr-old mortgage that doesn't show up on my Equifax report. I have never made a late payment. The simulator shows my score may actually drop; but, it is assuming this is a brand new loan, not a loan with 2 1/2 years of on-time payment. Should I correct the report?

Yes...definitely call your lender. That's odd, as most report to all 3. I think these days having a mortgage in good standing would actually help your FICO. I could be wrong tho....wouldn't be the first time!
