we had approval from the first UW now our offer was accepted and appraisal can be scheduled. what to expect? will last UW be more strict? when can i start packing? we are scheduled to close in 4 weeks on nov 2

If you have an underwriter approval you just need to get the appraisal and fulfill any conditions of the first underwriter

When you say the first UW are you referring to an actual human UW has reviewed your file or are you talking about a computer UW as in automated UW?

im not sure. i know it was sent to the UW after the offer was accepted. i think the first one was a prescreen? maybe. thye searched through our stuff to see what might come up, and if it would come back approved or suspended. what should i expect from the final UW? when is it ok to start packing? i plan to move the day after closing, which is 4 weeks from yesterday. my LO seemed confident, he said hes only had one case where UW came back and did not approve withou the option of conditions. he said to expect to be put through the ringer, but thats their job. appraisal is next week.
