I closed today everyone. Thanks for all the great advice and I read and learned alot here. Great source of information and knowledge. I am so excited. Now I get to look for furniture tomorrow and move the stuff I already had. I encourage everyone that even though it can be quite frustrating it is all worth it. Hang in there as this whole process will try your patience. Thanks again everyone.

Thanks!! I can't wait to start decorating. I put up window treatments in the morning and then go to the furniture and appliance store for refrigerator.

I also own another home outright and will start fixing it up a little with paint and new carpet so I can put it up for sale or rent it out. Still debating which one. Probably rent it out until the market is a little better.
