    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;For FHA you can have no score (so your 603 would be OK) as FHA is credit history sensitive and not credit score sensitive.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But if you are going for a conventional loan it'd be optimal if it was at a 680 level since you have less than 30% down.&amp;nbsp; A 680 score isn't required, however Fannie Mae &amp;amp; Freddie Mac put a guideline in place so if your score is less than a 680 and loan-to-value is over 70%, there will rate adjustments that aren't there if your score is 680+ or if you are putting 30% or more down.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
