We are a first-time home buyer. If my wife can qualify on her own credit and income and she will be the only one on the "Title" would they still factor in my credit score ? and my debt ?

If she qualifies on her own, your credit score will not be considered. If you live in a community property state, your debts will be considered. If not, they won't. Good luck!

So youre saying that if we live in California and buying in California my debt will be considered but not my credit score ?

So my credit score will still not be pulled if she qualifies on her own ? regardles if its California or Not ?

Credit score will not be considered no matter where you buy. Your credit report will likely be pulled to check out your monthly debt payments because it's California.
