I'm through lender underwriting off for final approval at rural dev at USDA. Closing has been set for Friday at 1:00. I need some mojo!

Congrats! I hope to be getting that date soon as well. File just got back from USDA flood insurance required, DUH, but they approved the elevation.. PHEW!

final closing approval came at 10 p.m. last night from broker. walk through tonight to close tomorrow. Forwarding the love on down the line!

The offer was accepted March 15 , so all together 39 days. Sorry for the delayed response. we just got internet back on again. Thanks to everyone for the mojo and the advice.
