I have my 3.5%, make 5k month gross, a 151$ a month phone bill,$160 a month cable bill, a 3 month old credit card with a 150 $ balance, a car insurance pmnt of $131 a month auto debit and none of them have been late. I have no other bills. scores are /600/640/690/ and a job Ive been at for over 5 years. I have 3 collection accounts totalling 2,800 but are 3 years old, what are my chances of getting pre approved. I will pay off collection accounts if they want me to but that will lower my scores for some reason. I used an analyzer tool from identity guard to find that out and its usually right on. I dont own a home now but did 7 years ago and it was paid off by selling it. Im looking to buy now because the homes are cheap. Looking to buy a 2/2/2 with a pool for 85k.
