Well I haven't signed into this board for a while but I see this post as a right of passage. I received the call this morning that we have the clear to close. I sign tomorrow after work and pick up keys on monday to my 3 bed 3 bath townhouse. I definitely got some much needed advice from this board and owe some gratitude. To those in pursuit of a loan, hard work DOES pay off and I am living proof. BOO YAH!!!!
