does anyone know what the min middle FICO is with wells fargo i keep hearing its 600 or 620 does anyone really know?

640 with Wells...there are a few lenders that will do FHA and VA down to 620.

Yes there are a few we ar approved to do business with.

600 is the minimum score for Wells. Wife and I are going through the process now. Our pre-approval went through manual underwriting although our mid scores are upper 600's I know that 600 is their minimum for a VA loan as that requirement is listed in our paperwork.

On the retail side, they may have that as a requirement.

I have my personal mortgage through them. I looked into refinancing with them on their retail side, as it is tricky for a mortgage guy to do his own loan. I thought by going online I may get decent pricing...NOT AT ALL. I was shocked at the rate and points they wanted me to pay, as I get their wholesale rate sheet and know what they can really offer.

I guess I would always suggest everyone shop around...
