Closed on Friday!! Just about moved in. After trying to buya short sale for over 6 months we finally got tired of waiting. Put an offer in on a normal sale and closed 3 1/2 weeks later!! Good luck to all of those seeking home purchases.

CONGRATS! Thats why I didnt bother with short sales or foreclosures. Though I did waste 6 months of waiting on the USDA.
