It was an exhausting 2 1/2 month ordeal! There were many times we wanted to give up but we kept pushing through. 17 conditions met later here we are! Good luck to you on your home buying journey!

17 conditions? What were some of the stuff they asked for? our LO said we'll probably get our first "conditions" by next Friday. I have no idea what to expect. And if they are asking for conditions, is that a good sign? Does that mean we are approved, or they are still evaluating?

I am currently waiting to hear those magical words myself. My file passed the underwriting stage and went to USDA Monday.....My close date is supposed to be next friday the 13th....
