Florida USDA GUARANTEED LOAN Question

What is the current waiting time once sent to USDA in Florida.

I also want to mention I have a middle score of 621, just over the limit with a couple collections (Paid in full) with letters explaining. Am I able to get this approved? It is already lender approved, just dont know about USDA Final approving it.

The wait time for the Central FL office in Davenport is 15 business day we are on day. Your score should be fine, but since it is below a 640 you will have to Manuel underwriting and they may ask for additional documentation. If your score is over 640 you will have a much easier time. We are hoping for a response from USDA later this week. Our loan officer had one get through in 11 day and that was even with Memorial Day in the mix.

Our file has been with USDA for 8 business days as of today. We had a GUS approval, UTI front and back end well below the limits and our household income and property location are also fine. Our loan officer said she excpets USDA to sign off with out a problem

As I can see from your signature, what did you do in the couple of months to raise the score. Seems like someone gots credit figured out!

I too am on day 8. I cant wait. I am paying the per day fee untill I close, which is $50.00. Which has been pretty expensive. I have been paying since last week. I actually put in a new AC unit into the house, a new hot water heater, and new plumbing and the bank doesn't even care.

paid down uti on my credit cards to 9 % and got a PIF ollection removed. Which USDA office are you with? I would not worry to much if your underwriter approved you already, I'm sure USDA will sign off. What did they say your wait time was.

Orlando and was 4.25% - Which I could not complain - I also will let you know everything and when I here from USDA as well.

We're USDA guaranteed and a 3.75...but our deal is iffy now since the appraisal came in light.

Keep telling myself today is day 10 which means we are one day closer to 15

Any update at all? Still nothing for us. I'm hoping day 12 will be our lucky day and I don't want to woory all weekend if we will make our closing date of the 26th. Pay 50 a day a is GOING TO SUCK and we can't afford to do it very long.
