Motgage Lenders do not use a peticular Credit Bureau, they use your middle score between the 3 Credit Bureau's.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No matter which lender you decide to use, in my opinion you will be approved according to the information you provided here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At around 800, I'd expect the best rate possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask what your bank or CU have going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
