The FCC columbus was included in BK.

The mail I recieved today I attached this letter to and am going to send out tommorow. It was not included in the BK.

If I am doing something wrong or you suggest I just pay the whole 273.00 let me know.

April 29, 2009

Nationwide Credit and Collections

PO BOX 3159

Oak Brook, IL 60522-3159
Dear Nationwide Credit and Collections,Subject: Account 010985000592
This letter is an offer in compromise due to my personal financial situation. I am willing to pay this account $200.00 to make it go away. I am struggling with my bills like everyone else and if you are in agreement to accept $200.00 for deletion of this bill from any and all credit bureaus please send a letter stating that you are willing to accept the $200.00 for a final payment and there will be no reporting of this bill to the Credit Bureaus. The funds will be paid by certified funds to the collection agency, once a letter is received stating that neither Suburban Pulmonary nor Nationwide Credit and Collections will be reporting this to any Credit Bureaus.

I am sure in the time of financial crisis that is currently going on that this is an acceptable offer to Suburban Pulmonary.
Sincerely,

Welcome! Have you read the med collections and HIPAA letter process link in my sig line?

Since this med collection is reporting as IIBK, HIPAA will not help because public records are exempted from HIPAA, you have no protection under HIPAA with public records.

On the one that was included......you can do nothing. It is illegal for them to accept any amount of money!!!

For the other med debt not included in BK........Follow the HIPAA process from the beginning!!!

You must make full payment to use the HIPAA process (HIPAA is only for paid med collections.

You will make payment using the OC letter AFTER the first steps.

Never talk to or contact the CA!!!

Remember follow the HIPAA from the beginning.
