      <title>HIPAA Breach?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;today I got a response from one of the CA's outlining my personal information relating to HIPAA , what gives are they allowed to do this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sent the OC the first HIPAA Letter and followed all of the steps they sent me 2 letters back with HIPAA forms to fill out and one they actually provided information , is this allowed especially considering it is a PAID collection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
