Unpaid Hospital bill from 2001?

I've read the sticky posts and I am still unclear as to what I need to do to get this off my credit reports. The debt is past 7 years but, the CA has reaged this debt. Do I send a DV to the CA?

When was the date of treatment? On your reports from the CRAs, look for the following, drop off dates on TU and EX and the date of first delinquency on EQ.

Thanks for your response! The bill was from 3/2001 and between the time I posted and your response, I pulled my CR. Magically, it is no longer there...you work miracles
