Would it be a problem to FedEx the HIPPA letters instead of CMRRR? With my fedex employee discount I can do it alot cheaper with FedEx. Also can I include more than one pre hippa dispute letter to the CRA in the same envelope?

So long as you have a paper trail and you can prove when the parties received your correspondence, then yes you can use FedEx.
