What is the Score Power report?

I've have had score watch for a year. myFico sent me an email that it's my anniversary with this message:

With your renewal you will receive:

Two FICO® Scores and Equifax Credit Reports
30% discount on additional FICO Scores and Equifax Credit Reports
Continued credit and score monitoring with alerts of important changes
FICO® Score Simulator to predict your future score

What do they mean "Two FICO® Scores and Equifax Credit Reports"?

My equifax score currently shows 745 (when you click 'Member center', next to TU). Isn't it the Fico score? Why do they say I will receive 2 fico scores?

Also, I have 3 Score Power remaining. What are these?

I'm applying for Amex BCE tonight (if someone would be kind enough to answer this asap) should I use the Score Power before or after I apply?

It just mean that you will get a equifix credit report and FICO score. Since you have score watch, depending on your setting, you get FICO score refreshed with each alert. When you use you Score Power report (or Power Score report, I forget what it's called). You get a combination of your credit report as well as your FICO score.
