Score Update on Myfico Mobile and Myfico Webpage

Does the myfico mobile app sometimes take awhile to catch up to the myfico wepage? I have my transunion as of 08/01/14 on myfico's webpage which shows my newly boosted score, but the mobile app still shows transunion as of 07/10/14. Does the mobile app take time to catch up? My Equifax scorewatch updated and matches on both mobile and web. Not transunion, though.

Anyone know?

Yep. It's great, but for some reason it is slower to update today as opposed to the webpage.

Moved the thread here where FICO support people tend to look: sounds like a bug. Personally I've only seen the SW side and I've never experienced a problem with that... to be clear, we're talking 2 different Transunion reports pulled from this site, website shows most recent correctly, whereas the Mobile app only shows the one prior?

Other than reinstalling the app in case data got munged somewhere on the client side, I have no suggestions, as the EQ / SW side works darned near flawlessly but I haven't purchased an EX or TU report here in a while to test it.

Thanks! Yesterday, I uninstalled and re-installed the app and it didn't help. It does sound like a bug. Short of ordering another new report, not sure what to do re the mobile app.

And yes, that is correct. Myfico Website shows most recent TU score which matches newest update with TU fico on discover site. Mobile app hasn't changed.
